Septic Social Workshop

October 5 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Get Pumped About Septic System Health

A failing septic system is costly, inconvenient and even dangerous. Gather outdoors with Credit Valley Conservation’s Karen Buckle and septic expert, Katherine Rentsch, to learn how to prevent septic system problems and protect groundwater quality.

We'll show you the process of a septic pump out and maintenance first-hand on a local property.

In this workshop you’ll learn:

  • How septic systems work
  • Preventative steps to keep your system functioning properly
  • Problem identification and troubleshooting
  • How a poorly functioning septic system can lead to illness

Bring your septic system questions for the open Q&A following the demonstration.

You’ll leave this workshop with the knowledge you need to keep your septic system healthy.
